INGREDIENTS


1 kg of "Mascarpone"
  (Italian soft cheese)

1 kg of sugar


6 egg yolks

6 egg white


Espresso Coffee q.b

Savoy Biscuits q.s.

Cocoa Powder q.s.

It's a king of Magic! This is our Family Cake: there's no party if there isn't this Tiramisu. It's too much sweety, too much rich, too much creamy, too much ...delicious. Kids will go crazy for it!


This is the recipe - look at the video. 

Put the "Mascarpone" in a bowl with the yolks and mix them until you get a well-blended cream. Add the sugar and mix again. So, in an other bowl, beat egg whites untill stiff peaks and add to the "Mascarpone". The Tiramisu cream is ready, let's carry on with the

biscuits. One by one, soak every buiscuit in the coffee and put it in a dish until you make a layer. Add the mascarpone cream over the buiscuits and then the cocoa powder to top the layer. Now, make another layer with coffee soaked buiscuits, mascarpone cream and cocoa powder. The Tiramisù is ready: please, put it in the fridge for 8/12 hours: it will be fantastic!
